  • Sneak peek at the castle where GOT stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie will marry

The "Game of Thrones" star married Rose Leslie on Saturday in Aberdeenshire, Scotland with a star-studded guest list.

Harington and Leslie, who are both 31, met in 2012 on the set of the HBO fantasy series, where they played a couple as the characters Jon Snow and Ygritte. All your favorite Game of Thrones stars were in attendance, including Peter Dinklage, Emilia Clarke, Sophie Turner, and Maisie Williams. They showered the newlyweds with confetti as they left Rayne Church in the village of Kirkton of Rayne, before cheering as the young couple made their way into a Land Rover emblazoned with the words "Just Married".

Speaking outside of the stunning grounds of the magnificent 12th-century castle - which beds 16 people in the main building - whilst helping with last minute preparations this afternoon, Sebastian said he was "thrilled" for the couple.

The local councillor added: "It's an absolutely lovely day for us". It's a great day for Aberdeenshire. "We are using local caterers, local lighting, local flowers", he said.

Not likely. But this weekend's United Kingdom wedding of the two former "Game of Thrones" co-stars was a much-anticipated event.

Many fans of the show gathered outside the castle hoping to catch a glimpse of the couple.

Two students from China, now studying in Glasgow, were among the fans who gathered at the venue.

The 23 June date was posted at the Huntly registration office last month. The pair began dating in 2012 after meeting on "Game of Thrones" and announced their engagement in September 2017.
