At least 21 people killed as Kenyan dam bursts following heavy rains

Police in Nakuru County said they found 11 bodies - including those of children - covered in mud at a coffee plantation close to the dam. The search for victims on Thursday afternoon by heavy rains.

The dam burst has again raised concerns about the state of Kenya's infrastructure.
