A report was made and officers of the Cunupia and Las Lomas Police Stations responded and subsequently intercepted the vehicle in the Cunupia district.

ASSAULT: At 9:36 p.m. on April 3, three unknown suspects robbed the victim at gunpoint in the 8100 block of North Boundary Road.

Police officials reported Friday that Joseph Anthony Nappi, 33, of DE, was arrested Wednesday and charged with robbery in connection with the January 8 robbery. CMPD also charged a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old, both males, for their involvement in the cases but were not identified due to their ages.

Police arrested Pavel McDougal for first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Allison and Davis were taken to the Mecklenburg County Jail, police say. The North Little Rock resident said he was taken to Spanish Jon's Apartments, 5001 W. 65th St., and waited outside the auto while the 19-year-old went into a unit.
