The relationship escalated and eventually became physical, with the pair having sex and exchanging racy messages, the New York Post reported. Zamora is said to have had sex with the students at least three times on school grounds including performing oral sex on him inside of her auto.

After the teen's parents reported the alleged illicit relationship to the school principal, the principal reported it to police Wednesday and forwarded all screenshots of the incriminating text messages to the authorities.

She allegedly told the student she wanted him "every day with no time limit", according to the New York Post.

Police said Zamora also send naked photos to a second student, and that another student had seen her having sex with the 13-year-old victim. The parents were able to find the texts after the installed an app to monitor their son's phone. A court commissioner then pressed additional charges based on probable cause, including eight counts of sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of child molestation, and one count of transmitting obscene material, according to the newspaper.

"I would love to go home, to be released", she said, according to a video appearance obtained by the Republic. He told the police their relationship started when the married teacher began "flirting" with him in a classroom chat group.

"We made arrangements for the teacher to come to school today for a meeting with the principal, and the arrest took place before that meeting could take place", Rundhaug said. "The school psychologists and school counselors will also be available for the foreseeable future to continue to attend to our students' and staff members' needs". She is expected to appear in court again Thursday.

The victim's father told officers that Zamora's husband asked to handle the situation informally and they should "meet up" and "settle this".

Rice Memorial High School in South Burlington says it got a complaint last week about 31-year-old Bryan Lynam, a music teacher.
