A one-time aspiring actress came forward Monday with allegations she was sexually abused as a teenager by actor Steven Seagal in a Southland hotel room during what was supposed to be a film audition. Dadis travelled from the Netherlands, where she said she is now a doctoral candidate in clinical neuroscience, to appear at the news conference in Woodland Hills.

Faviola Dadis was emotional but composed as she spoke at a news conference in Los Angeles. He led her to a bedroom under the pretext of showing her something, then, she says, he raped her. The case was withdrawn but it's unclear if a settlement was reached. It can be noted that Dadis first came out to accuse Seagal of sexual assault in November 2017 after being inspired by Ellen DeGeneres' wife Portia de Rossi, who was the first one to share her own accusations against the movie actor.

Referring to her experience that night, Dadis said: 'this is something that never goes away'. "I froze", Simons, who was 18 at the time of the alleged encounter, said.

Two women made claims against Steven Seagal at a press conference Monday.

Seagal then asked her to follow him to another room so he could show her something, she said, before taking her inside the room. "He started kissing my neck and taking off my clothes".

Over the last few months, Seagal has been one of many figures in the entertainment business who have been targeted by the #MeToo movement due to his alleged inappropriate behavior towards women.

The New Braunfels Police Department has arrested a 73-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a female family member under the age of 14. She said the role did not include any on-screen nudity.

She added: 'There was nothing consensual about this. I couldn't move, and I felt as if I was watching my body from above. She said she cried the whole drive home. She was only 17 at the time. At right, Regina Simons who has also accused Seagal of sexual misconduct. "Unfazed, she replied, 'well, I didn't know if he was your type'". "I want him to acknowledge what happened and apologize". The former model, who is originally from Amsterdam, said she met the actor in 2002 when he was casting for a film on Genghis Khan.

Actress Jenny McCarthy has also said Seagal sexually harassed her at an audition in 1995. Then he invited her to a room he reserved, she said.

From there, she says Seagal suggested they try out a "romantic scene" in order to gauge their chemistry, which made her uneasy.

"I thought this was a bit unusual, but I did not comment", Dadis said.

"I was in shock and I was completely caught off guard", she said. "For the first time in 25 years, I've allowed myself to process what happened and work through the pain".

"I felt uncomfortable because I was in my bikini and I shyly expressed this", she said.

She said he "simultaneously" slid his hand across her vaginal area, "which was only meagerly covered".

"I quickly yelled that this audition is over, and I began gathering my things".

She said the security guard was standing, blocking the doorway, and "only moved when Steven motioned for him to do so". "I left feeling horrified and totally violated".

She said he invited her to the house with the claim he was throwing a wrap party, but when she arrived, they were alone. She said in Dadis' case the statute of limitations is extended for a minor.

"I am representing them pro bono because I believe in them".

At the time, Dadis had recently moved to the USA from the Netherlands and was pursuing an acting career.
