Neymar Was Once A Part Of The World's Deadliest Attacking Trio, Alongside Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

Neymar joined Barcelona in 2013 before PSG bought him in 2017 for a record 222 million euros.

Sensational claims are being made in Catalonia stating that Neymar Jr has contacted Barcelona FC for a possible return this summer.

According to Mundo Deportivo, many in Barcelona think that Neymar is simply looking for an alibi ahead of a planned transfer to Real Madrid.

These claims were made by Spanish sports newspaper, Mundo Deportivo. He also didn't expect the level of Ligue 1 to be so inferior to La Liga.

"It is a fantasy and we are not going to speak about rumours when we know it would not end here".

Reports have suggested Neymar is unsettled at PSG, with Madrid regularly linked to a move for the forward since he left LaLiga.

The rumours are surfacing at a time when Neymar has been linked continuously with a move to Barcelona's fierce rivals Real Madrid who have identified the Brazilian as a ideal replacement for an ageing Cristiano Ronaldo.

However, Real might only have eyes for his rivals - Neymar.

"I don't know where that has come from", Valverde told reporters on Friday.

Brazil's team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar confirmed the news to Brazilian media outlets with Neymar now in Brazil recovering from surgery. The Brazilian has been out of action since being on the end of a bad tackle against Marseille on February 25.
