Kim and Kanye's son Saint is home after being hospitalized for pneumonia

The website reports that either Kim or Kanye were with Saint the entire time he was in hospital, sharing overnight duties until he was discharged on Saturday.

TMZ added that Saint is now home with his family and "doing well".

"My precious baby boy is so strong", she wrote. While Kim and Kanye West looked their usual camera-ready selves, Saint doesn't look like he is feeling well. "Pneumonia is so scary". "We are so grateful for you all!" she wrote.

Kim Kardashian has thanked doctors and nurses after her son was hospitalised for three nights following a pneumonia diagnosis. He's home and all better.

In November, Kardashian West accidentally revealed that the family were expecting another baby girl in an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." He's so resilient. I'm sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool!

The family of four will soon turn to five as the West's are set to welcome their newest bundle of joy sometime this month.

Kardashian-West and her husband, Kanye West, are also parents to 4-year-old North West. "Dark hair for the new year?", the now platinum blonde reality star captioned the pic, hinting that she's thinking about going back to her roots in 2018. "The biggest holiday tradition I'm going to take from my mom is how she makes everything look ideal and feel incredibly special".
