There's a lot to look forward to in the upcoming release of Monster Hunter: World, and thanks to the Paris Games Week players have gotten a look at a brand new area to be explored.

As already announced, the PlayStation 4 version will include Horizon Zero Dawn crossover content, including the chance to play as main character Aloy, a unique themed quest, and a Palico (the little cat allies) that looks like a robot. The beta will run for three days and feature three quests, where players can join up with others online or take on the missions solo.

World PS Plus Beta and Horizon Zero Dawn Special Collaboration Gear for PS4. By bringing the necessary materials to the in-game facility (Smithy), players will be able to forge the Horizon Zero Dawn collaboration equipment.

All of this and more can be seen in Arekkz's breakdown above.

The beta version will require players to hunt for "a Great Jagras and an Anjanath in the Ancient Forest, and a Barroth in the Wildspire Waste", according to Sony's post. The Radobaan, a hulking beast that wears the carcasses scattered around the Vale for armor will need hunters to be quick and fast as they take off chunks of its bone armor and avoid its rolling attacks. Equipping the full armor set will make your character look just like Aloy, facial likeness and all. Hunters can courageous the beast alone or with their team of four hunters.

That Monster Hunter World surprise was twofold. Either way, it's a nice surprise and fans can not wait to play as her. More information about Capcom and its products can be found at www.capcom.com or www.capcom-unity.com.
