Today in news that will make you feel utterly inferior, we head to Australia, where a woman swimming in a rock pool happened upon a shark, casually picked it up and returned it to the ocean. Huge cheers could be heard in the background as she succeeded in lifting the shark up and threw it back into the sea. She was captured by her daughter, wrestling the shark and throwing it over the edge of the pool and back into the ocean, Mirror.co.uk reported.

The video was posted to the Facebook page of Cronulla Real Estate, the company Hatheier works for when not wrestling sharks.

Clearly not one to mess around, she follows the animal, she wraps her arms around it and hoists it out of the pool and back into open water. She isn't sure if the shark was indeed a Port Jackson or another type. She chose to catch the shark in the shallows so she could get ahold of it.

Ms Hatheier told local media: "My mum swims there every morning with friends and they rang me saying there was a shark, so I ran down there. I was feeling sorry for him", she said. I herded the shark into the shallows and then I just sort of jumped on him and put my knees on his fins. I grabbed her from her neck so she wouldn't bite me. She added: "He wasn't that heavy but his skin was very rough, like sandpaper". Not a great day for shark ego, the real-estate agent has left people thoroughly impressed, who dubbed her heroics as the "most Australian thing ever".
