It was accompanied by the words: "Pretty scary having a rock thrown through the team bus window on the way back to the hotel!"

India are now leading the 3-match T20I series 1-0 against Australia.

Behrendorff bowled a single over in the last match, conceding five runs without any success. Though Kuldeep did well to keep the wickets intact by scoring 16 runs from 19 balls.

India, however, made no further breakthroughs and Henriques - whose knock included four fours and four sixes - and Head wrapped up a convincing success with 27 balls remaining.

Warner was thrilled to have levelled the series at 1-1, and said: "Feels great".

"He has got the height, the bounce, he comes from Perth, got a bit of swing and he has got right attitude which is key", Warner added. Zampa was fantastic as well. "He's been effective with Sunrisers (Hyderabad) as well, and he came and showed his experience", Warner said of his Indian Premier League teammate. They never let Indian spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal dominate which turned out to be the game-changer for the visitors.

Before India could recover from the loss of Sharma, off went its highly prolific captain Virat Kohli for a duck.

Earlier, Behrendorff took three wickets in the space of eight balls to stun the capacity crowd at the Barsapara Stadium.

When will the 2nd T20 between India and Australia be played?

"Test cricket is the ultimate prize and wearing the baggy green cap is something I'm sure all cricketers aspire to - I certainly do", Behrendorff said. "The whole Indian team is a class team". The wicket was bit sticking to start. Repeating nearly the delivery that claimed Sharma, Behrendorff caught Kohli by surprise as the Indian captain, trying flick across the line, found an inside edge and the ball lobbed up after hitting his thigh pad to give the bowler an easy caught-and-bowled chance.

India captain Virat Kohli was on Tuesday dismissed for a duck for the first time in his Twenty20 worldwide career. After Kohli, Manish Pandey and Shikhar Dhawan fell victim to his lethal deliveries. Stoinis is one of the rare players from Australia who has raised his standards in the ODI series, and would like to repeat his performance in T20 as well. He improved on Nathan Bracken's 3-11 at Melbourne in 2008.

With India in deep trouble at 27 for four, Kedar Jadhav and MS Dhoni tried to get going in the middle and ended up with a 33-run stand. But both were accounted by Zampa (2-19) in quick succession.
