Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, says only President Muhammadu Buhari's heath status can stop him from re-contesting the 2019 presidential election.

Among the political bigwigs, Alhaji Abubakar, is already in limelight as all angles point that the Waziri of Adamawa may give in his money and influences for the top seat.

Women's affairs minister Aisha Alhassan said she would back former vice-president Atiku Abubakar for the presidency at the next election in 2019 rather than the incumbent.

Many people have called on Alhassan to resign as it is not possible for her to support Atiku and still be a minister in Buhari's adminstration. "But here we are, fighting an endless battle with the Boko Haram and there's no end in sight".

"But out of the largeness of the President's heart and to encourage women in politics, he felt that even though she was never a supporter of his politics or his beliefs and because of what she had tried to do in Taraba State, he felt she earned being nominated as a minister".

He said the antics of the governor was aimed at blackmailing the President into endorsing him for a second term bid or ask him run for the Presidency if the President refuses to seek re-election.

"When we came on board in 1999, I remember we recovered between $4.5 and $4.7 billion from those that looted under (late Sani) Abacha".

But Alhassan, in a telephone interview with NAN, said that her Sallah homage to Abubakar did not amount to disloyalty to Buhari.

"The public should note ab initio, that apart from the BBC Hausa interview, no further comments and statements being attributed to her, are from her", the statement added. "Her falling short of resigning takes everything away from what she said and it is clear that she will no longer be contributing to the development of the present administration".

"I don't think the president is terminally ill; like every other human being, he fell sick".

The post Buhari's Government Neglected Me After 2015 Election Victory - Atiku appeared first on SIGNAL. That is all and I have said it all in Hausa.

"You know PMB has not really been in the country this year; he might have reshuffled before now". So, I won't be able to say more than what she said.

Do you something awesome to share with the world?
